Covid-19: Shopping update


Shipping times may be delayed. Processing times are generally  3-5 business days although right now, those times shift due to the issues relating to COVID-19 and government orders, shipping times may be expanded. With that said, we will do our very best in making sure your orders get out ASAP.

return & exchange policy

No refunds or exchanges will be granted for any reason except a customer receives the wrong product. Please review our wrong item policy below for more information.

-Recipient name, order number, and a screenshot of your order summary.


- A  picture of the wrong item received.


Address Tips

Please verify that your Suite/Apt/Unit numbers and respective abbreviations are listed in the address box at check out  


Invalid Address Policy:

Our VAI COSMETICS customers will receive a courtesy email notifying them in the event that the carrier deemed their address invalid. Please note that if no response is given within 48 hours following the second attempt to contact the recipient, the package will be shipped out to the address given on file.


- If the recommendations above are not properly acknowledged and followed by the customer, he/she assumes all risk of not receiving his/her order.
